⚠️ Important: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on GPLSON are digital downloads — GPL-licensed WordPress themes and plugins. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds as the digital content cannot be returned.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We may issue a refund in the following cases:
- Product was not delivered after successful payment
- Product file is corrupted or non-functional
- Duplicate payment was charged
- Product was significantly different from its description
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Product was successfully downloaded
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your theme/plugin (please check before buying)
- Membership plans once activated
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
